We kicked off the Spring 2011 semester with a yummy dim sum trip to Chinatown.

DR. HANS GUGGANHEIM

Compass hosted a very special guest this week, Dr Hans Gugganheim.

Dr Hans Gugganheim is a very interesting man who works for projects that support the art and culture of traditional societies. He has long connections to Africa, Central America, Vietnam and Tibet. He has opened schools for under privileged students in these places. Throughout his life-time of travel he has met Dalai Lama, Kings and heads of states. He is a retired professor from MIT and Harvard. We met with him in the Presidents Gallery 11th Floor Tower where his journals and sketchbooks from his world travels are on display.
